Refund Policy

There is no refund for the shipping and handling fees. Also, customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We honor the Seven (7) Day refund period for any reason if

1. Product is not the customized order, OR
2. Product is not marked "Sold As Is", OR
3. Product is not marked "This Sale is Final",

AND Product is not opened and in original packaging and condition,

AND product is shipped back to us post marked on or before the 7th day after the delivered date.


There is no refund after 7 day refund period. Thank you very much for your understanding. We make every effort to provide excellent service equally for all customers and to lower prices as much as possible.
